AI Assistant

A second reading of the board in front of you.

Open a dashboard and ask what it is telling you. The assistant summarises the widgets on screen in a few sentences: what moved since the last refresh, which number is out of line, which one is worth opening next.

Where it sits

Where the assistant appears – and what it says when it does

Three places you meet it, and the three parts every summary has.

In dashboard view

The summary stands beside the board, not inside it. Your filters, your period and your widgets stay exactly as they were while you read.

In the designer

While you are still building, ask what a field holds or why a chart shows fewer rows than you expected. The answer points at the widget in front of you, not at a manual.

On a phone between meetings

Dashboards open in the browser on phone and tablet, and the summary comes along – useful when the screen is too small to compare twelve tiles by eye.

What changed

Movement first: which figures rose or fell against the previous period, and by how much, in your own units.

What stands out

An outlier is named together with the widget it came from – the region that breaks the trend, the product line carrying the whole increase.

What to check

Each summary ends with a suggestion: which tile to drill into, which filter to lift. You click it yourself; nothing is opened on your behalf.

What it does and does not do

Questions from the people who own the board

Does the assistant change what is on the dashboard?

No. It reads the board and writes about it. Filters, sorting and layout stay untouched, and nobody else sees anything different while a summary is on your screen.

What does it read to write a summary?

The widgets on screen - their names, their axes - and the values plotted on them. Those aggregated figures travel with the request, because a summary that cannot see the numbers cannot describe them. The records behind the figures stay in your environment.

Which language does it answer in?

The one you write in. English and German are equals here, in the interface and with our support team.

Can a team work without it?

Yes. The AI functions are switchable per environment and per role, so a department that prefers to read its own numbers never sees the panel.
