Every plan includes the same operational package. There is no separate infrastructure fee and no add-on you have to buy later.
Updates
New versions and security fixes are applied by us, outside your working hours and without a maintenance window on your side.
Backups
Daily backups with a defined retention period; restores are part of the service, not an extra order.
Monitoring
Availability, load and scheduled data refreshes are monitored around the clock; we notice a failed job before you do.
Support
Email and phone support in English and German, Mon–Fri 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CET), included in every plan.

A personal contact walks you through the first data connection and your first dashboards.
Getting started
From sign-up to your first dashboard
Four steps, a few days, no project plan required.

Step 1: Sign up
You register for the trial and confirm your email address. Nothing is charged and no credit card is needed.

Step 2: Your environment is prepared
We set up your own environment in the EU data centre and send you the access details, normally within two working days.

Step 3: Onboarding call
In a video call we connect your first data source together and agree which KPIs matter most to you.

Step 4: First dashboards
You build, we stay available. Most teams share their first dashboard with colleagues in the first week.
