Our data is sensitive. Is it safe to use the AI features?

Yes. To build a chart, the language model only receives the structure of your data – table and column names. Summaries use only the values already aggregated in the dashboard, never individual records. As an administrator, you decide which AI features are active.

Where is our data hosted?

In a data centre in the European Union, operated by smartlife BI. You receive a GDPR data processing agreement; data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We're not a technical team. Can we handle it?

Yes. The drag-and-drop designer is made for people who have never written SQL. If you can work with a spreadsheet, you can build a dashboard – and the AI Copilot will draft the first version for you if you like.

Do costs rise with every new user?

Our plans are designed so you know your costs upfront. Plans are sized by what you need and are not billed per seat, so adding colleagues does not change your invoice. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.

How long does it take to get started?

Your environment is set up within a few days. Most teams have their first dashboard within a day of connecting their first data source. Onboarding and support are available in English and German and included in your plan.

What happens after the trial?

The trial ends automatically. If you want to continue, choose a plan – your dashboards and data connections are kept. If not, your data is deleted after the retention period.
