No. Plans are sized by what you need, not billed per seat, so adding colleagues does not change your invoice.
Are the AI features an extra?
No. AI Copilot, AI Agent and AI Assistant are part of every plan at no additional cost.
What happens after the 30 days?
The trial ends on its own. Nothing is charged and no credit card is needed to start it.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes, in both directions. Write to us and the change takes effect with your next billing period.
Do you invoice yearly?
Yes. Yearly payment comes with a discount; monthly is available in every plan.
Where is our data stored?
In a data centre in the European Union. A GDPR data processing agreement is available on request.
